48 Hours Later: Relationship Manager

CIC Health will match you with a Relationship Manager on their team within 48 hours of your acceptance.

Identify Staffing Needs

Based on your districts needs and testing methods, determine what additional supports CIC Health will need to provide

Review your software platforms and log on

Consent

Start from families, staff and educators

Order Supplies

You’ll need to know:  

  1. Testing implementation date

  2. Number of students/staff tested per week

  3. Day(s) of week for testing

CIC Health Staffing Support:

  • District-Level Program Coordinator

  • Onsite specimen collectors and/or observers

  • Onsite Testing Coordinator (assigning pools, organizing any follow up testing, etc.)

CIC Health Logistics Support

  • Ordering physical materials for testing

  • BinaxNOW ordering

  • Training on test collection process and software with school staff/nurses

  • Shipping/Courier services to get samples to the lab
